Some Cetuem Tips
- Let's say you're sitting by the window, you're watching some Netflix, or reading a book (maybe even doing some work), the sun's UV rays can still reach your skin - make sure you continue to protect your skin.

- Lots of us are working from home, and perhaps used to offices which may be cleaned overnight etc. Don’t forget to regularly clean headsets, phones (including mobiles) and keyboards.
- Remember to continue with a healthy diet and drinking plenty of water, it's easy to snack and get out of routines in the current circumstances.
